White Knight Coaches employees a full time driver trainer that is responsible for the initial hiring, training and maintaining continuing education with our current pool of White Knight Drivers. Subject areas are safety policies, customer service, hours of service, defensive driving and a mechanical understanding of each piece of equipment operated by White Knight Coaches.

The driver trainer also serves as a quality control agent for our drivers, performing in the field inspections to ensure that your motor coach experience is a positive one. Positive feedback is then related back to the drivers thru performance evaluations.

Drivers are required to attend continuing education classes. Topics covered and reviewed are changes in Dept. of Transportation laws, customer service policies, emergency procedures  and changes to our policy and procedure manual. This manual was in part designed by transportation professionals that know the transportation industry and who care about creating procedures to promote a safe environment for you and your group!

White Knight Coaches drivers participate in a random drug and alcohol testing program.
